💡 “Money doesn’t start in your wallet. It starts in your mind.”
As part of the FINLIT for Rural NEET Empowerment project (Project No. 2024-3-RO01-KA210-YOU-000295637), participants explored how our beliefs about money can either support or sabotage our financial journey.
The session was facilitated by Irina Iordache, a Leadership Coach & NLP Master with over 20 years of leadership experience and more than a decade in transformational coaching. She has guided thousands of people toward clarity, confidence, and personal empowerment.
What We Learned
During this enlightening session, participants discovered that financial habits start with deep-rooted beliefs. By using the Dilts Pyramid (NLP framework), we learned to:
- 💭 Identify limiting beliefs about money that influence our financial behaviors.
- 🧠 Reprogram our mental patterns, shifting from scarcity thinking to abundance mindset.
- 🔄 Transform our inner blueprint, which in turn transforms our financial reality.
Irina emphasized that the first step toward financial abundance is not in budgeting apps or bank accounts — it’s in understanding and reshaping what we truly believe about money.
Turning Beliefs into Financial Freedom
This session demonstrated that financial literacy isn’t just about numbers — it’s about mindset. When young people, especially rural NEET youth, confront and adjust their internal narratives around money, they gain:
- Empowerment to make informed financial decisions
- Confidence to set and reach financial goals
- Resilience against limiting beliefs and financial stress
By combining practical financial education with mindset transformation, FINLIT ensures that participants leave not only with knowledge but with the mental tools to create real financial change in their lives.
💡 The takeaway? Abundance starts in the mind — and the journey begins with your beliefs about money.
