On 13–14 December 2025, the project partners met in Romania for the Mid-Term Project Management Meeting (TMP1), a key milestone in the project’s implementation. Initially planned as a Kick-off Meeting, the event was redefined as a mid-term meeting to reflect the progress already achieved in project activities and deliverables.
Discussions focused on reviewing the current stage of implementation, validating strategic directions, and planning the next steps in detail. Particular attention was given to digital content production and dissemination. Partners agreed to complete 10 microlearning materials by the end of the year and, starting in January 2026, to implement a shared publication calendar, with at least three videos per month released across the project’s online channels.
Another central topic was the microeducation and gamification component. Partners confirmed the development of six educational mini-games and agreed to launch a survey targeting youth trainers in order to identify the most suitable format for the game, whether fully online, hybrid, or physical. The game release is scheduled for March 2026, followed by a dissemination phase running through spring and summer.
The meeting also addressed management and coordination aspects, including the update of administrative documents, clarification of partner responsibilities, and alignment of the work plan for the upcoming period.
The Mid-Term Project Management Meeting strengthened cooperation within the partnership and ensured a coherent, results-oriented implementation, aimed at delivering tangible outcomes and sustainable impact for the project’s target groups.
